Richard A. Hook is the Chief Information Officer for Penske Corporation and Executive Vice President and CIO for Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG). Rich has been the CIO since May 2015 and was previously VP, IT Infrastructure for PAG since July 2009. Prior to joining Penske, Mr. Hook held various positions at Arthur Andersen LLP, H&R Block Financial Advisors and Federal-Mogul Corporation. He holds a BBA from Western Michigan University, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), National Board and Finance Committee Member for the Society for Information Management (SIM), and multi-year IT Executive Mentor in the We Build Character (WBC) not-for-profit organization.
