Nate Arnold is the CIO of Global Operations for GE’s Power Services business within the company’s Digital Technology function. In this role, he is responsible for deploying tools that increase data visibility and enhance process capability to optimize field service and power plant operations for customers. Nate and his team are leveraging digital innovations in cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), mobile, and articial intelligence (AI) to drive both product delivery and service model business transformation globally for GE Power.
Most recently, Nate was the VP of
Manufacturing Digital Technology, driving software innovation and adoption for
a suite of factory optimization products across manufacturing in GE. He has also held Supply Chain and Engineering
CIO, and CISO positions in the Company.
Nate started his career with GE in 2002 on
the Information Management Leadership Program.
From there, he completed his Six
Sigma Black Belt Certification and Lean Leader qualification. He has worked
within the Information Technology function supporting GE’s Aviation, Power, Transportation
and Digital businesses.
Nate has a bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science and Systems Analysis from Miami University of Ohio. He and his wife Gretchen, and their five
kids, live in Atlanta, GA.
