Martin heads the Enterprise Systems team for Frontline Education.  After 5 years of rapid growth and over 14 acquisitions, Frontline found themselves with a hodgepodge of systems and processes.  With 20 years of diverse experience in sales, service, and operations  Martin has partnered with division heads to unify process and install best in class systems to support efficiencies, scalability, and date driven decisions.  In the last two years he’s unified the support model netting a 30% reduction in YOY tickets, migrated the organizations CRM, deployed Customer Success and marketing platforms, as well as a PSA tool for utilization and margins.  The team is currently working on a CPQ deploy along with an ERP refactor and data warehouse implementation.
