Kim is a Director in the management consulting practice where she brings 16 years of expertise related to operational and back-office functions.  Her expertise includes project management, business process and organization design, change management, technology strategy and implementation.  Kim leverages an in-depth level of hands-on technical expertise, client service and business acumen to create value for clients through strategic use of technology.

Kim’s relevant experience includes:
· Consulting leader responsible for developing RSM lease accounting approach in conjunction with other key business leaders across all RSM lines of business
· Responsible for leading lease accounting technology vendor partner selection and currently oversees two lease accounting technology vendor relationships including hiring, training, and go to market plan
· Philadelphia market Management Consulting practice leader responsible for building and growing pipeline and team
· Over 20+ technology strategy design engagements across a multitude of industries and company sizes including construction, not-for-profit, life sciences, manufacturing/distribution and technology
· Over 15+ software selections across different business platforms including ERP/Finance and Accounting systems, CRM systems, HRIS systems, CPM systems, and BI platforms
· Subject matter expert on national firm-wide software selection team responsible for developing firm-wide software selection methodology, content and vendor expertise
· Subject matter expert to both local region and national firm-wide industry teams for life sciences and technology including thought leadership on industry trends, operational challenges, organization and technology strategy
· Expertise in implementation including requirements design, process transformation, and project and change management for over 10 ERP solution implementations ranging from small finance platforms to large organization wide ERP solutions

Prior to joining RSM, Kim spent two years at Cornell pursuing her MBA in strategy and operations.  During her tenure at Cornell, Kim worked on several consulting engagements focused on strategic planning for high tech industry clients.  Prior to business school, Kim worked on the product side of a banking software platform where she focused on software release automation and process improvement, implementation planning and execution, and management of the development and QA software environments.
