Ed Malinowski joined BAYADA Home Health Care in 2011 as Chief Information Officer.  He also serves as their Chief Information Security Officer.

Ed’s progressive approach to the application of technology is rooted in creating partnerships with business leaders and operators to design solutions that transform business capabilities - leveraging digitization, scale, and computing power to drive results.  Fostering a “Be the Business” philosophy, Ed has improved quality and efficiency, promoted grassroots innovation within services lines, resulting in better care for our clients and results on a shorter horizon.

Prior to BAYADA, Ed was the Associate Vice President of Solutions Development for the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies. He was responsible for key technology solutions for Population Health Management, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle and was responsible for clinical innovations such as clinical care gaps, outcomes measures, and creation of a claims-based health record for use in hospital emergency departments.

Ed is an active participant in a number of CIO councils in the Philadelphia area, a member of the Society of Information Management, and serves on several customer advisory boards.  He is also a member of the Partnership for Medicaid Home-based Care support home.

Ed is a technologist at-heart, with a passion for solving healthcare problems.  He holds two degrees from La Salle University in Philadephia - a BS, Business Administration, and a Master's degree in Computer Science.  Ed is married with two children and a resident of Moorestown, New Jersey.
