With a strategic focus on enterprise clients, Lucas has designed voice and data solutions for some of the country’s largest companies across various industries. His career also includes leadership roles at KMC Telecom and Goodman Consulting and Technology, where he was recognized for exceptional client service and business growth. Lucas has served on advisory councils for leading technology organizations like Lumen, Vonage, and Avant, and he actively contributes to improving education and workforce development through boards such as the ECPI Advisory Board. Phil Ben-Joseph serves as CIO at Procure IT, bringing more than two decades of executive technology leadership within private equity–backed portfolio companies and complex M&A environments. He is a results-oriented CIO with deep expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems, and a proven track record of aligning technology strategy to EBITDA improvement, cost reduction, and scalable growth.
Prior to Procure IT, Phil was CIO at E78 Partners, supporting a private equity–backed M&A engine focused on the Office of the CFO, and previously served as Global VP of Technology at Advantage Solutions, a PE-backed global services platform with over 100,000 associates. He has led technology due diligence, integration, and post-close optimization across more than 50 acquisitions. Phil’s experience building repeatable integration playbooks, TEM and FinOps disciplines, and enterprise reporting frameworks directly supports Procure IT’s role in accelerating value creation for its partners and their clients
Corey whiting
Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, ProcureIT
Corey Whiting is CAIO at Procure IT, where he leads the company’s AI strategy and technology roadmap to accelerate the development of its Managed Intelligence Platform. With 26 years of experience in software engineering, data architecture, and applied analytics, Corey brings deep expertise in building scalable data pipelines and transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence.
Prior to Procure IT, Corey built a career at the intersection of data, predictive analytics, and financial impact. He began at Stats Perform, developing algorithms and analytics from large-scale sports data, before founding BaseballCloud, a data-driven platform for scouting and player development. He later co-founded RoyFi, a fintech company that leveraged music streaming data to accurately project royalties and provide funding solutions for artists. Corey holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science, and his career is defined by a consistent ability to turn raw data into intelligence that drives measurable outcomes.
